Submitting a job
Please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Position title
- Job ad text
- Closing date
- Job application contact
- Any links to positions descriptions / selection criteria (if not already online, we can host attachments for you)
- Invoicing contact.
We will then contact you with a quote and publishing details to confirm.

Cost per ad: $35 for ACTCOSS members, $70 for non-member NFPs, $120 for non-member for-profits/government agencies (subject to CEO approval). Prices include GST.
Multiple positions per ad: Multiple positions may be advertised per ad submission, but they must all have the same closing date. Note that we may shorten the title of the ad to ‘Multiple positions – [Your organisation]’ if the title would be too long to list all the positions.
Publishing timeline: Depending on staff availability, if you submit a job ad by 10am Monday, it will usually appear on the website by Wednesday and be included in the next eNotices. Jobs submitted after 10am Monday may need to wait until the Wednesday of the following week to appear on the website and in eNotices. Once we receive your ad submission, one of our staff will email you to confirm the price, the dates your ad will appear in eNotices, and if you would like to proceed.
Invoicing: ACTCOSS will email you an invoice after the job ad run.
