Who will provide the ses sion?

This i nformation session will be provided by the office of the ACT Children and Young People Commissioner (CYPC). The CYPC is tasked with implementing the A CT Child Safe Standards. She and her staff provide resources\, support\, and training to better prom ote and protect the rights\, safety\, and wellbein g of children and young people.

Why is this important?

Since 1 August 2024\ , organisations providing services for children an d young people in the ACT have been required to co mmence implementing the ACT Child Safe Standards.
