• Balance data, transparency, and context to drive meaningful change in the sector 
• Understand and overcome barriers to effective impact measurement and evaluation 
• Communicate impact to foster a culture of learning, adaptation and honest reflection

Jen Riley has over 20 years of experience in the social sector. Currently, Jen is the Chief Impact Officer at Our Community (SmartyGrants). Previously, Jen has worked for both federal and state governments and leading NGOs Oxfam, Plan International, United Way and Murdochs Childrens Research Institute.
