Information Session: Strengthening Mental Health protections in ACT workplaces

The ACT Government has strengthened the Territory’s work health and safety laws to better protect workers from workplace psychosocial hazards.

Psychosocial hazards at work are hazards that may cause psychological and physical harm and can arise from or in relation to:

  • The design or management of work

  • The working environment

  • Plant at a workplace

  • Workplace interactions or behaviours

This will have an impact on the Community Sector.

Join us to hear from Ellen Lukins, Senior Director of Workplace Legislation and Policy at ACT Government to learn more about the changes and how it will impact your organisation.
