Facilitated by ACTCOSS
Working collaboratively has many internal benefits for community organisations, such as improved financial sustainability and cost reduction. However, the greatest value of working collaboratively is the outcomes for individuals and communities.
In this half-day workshop we will explore the context, approaches and skills of fit-for-purpose collaboration as a means of pursuing community outcomes. Using case studies, participants will explore the merits, challenges and skills required for various approaches to outcomes oriented collective action including: collective impact, community development, co-design, shared value and project co-delivery.
Morning tea will be provided.
