LGBTIQA+[Ai] Foundation Training

Let's create a culture in our organisations where everyone feels valued and respected.

In collaboration with Meridian, we are offering two-hour face-to-face LGBTIQA+ [Ai] Foundation training sessions.  

Organisations are recognising that increasing awareness and inclusion of LGBTIQA+ people and communities can provide better outcomes for service users and staff. It is not uncommon for people and organisations to feel like this is new territory. LGBTIQA+ [Ai] Foundation training provides fundamental information to help organisations embrace diversity and to improve their service user experience. If you are just beginning your journey of LGBTIQA+ inclusion or you need a refresher, these sessions are a great place to start.  

Training Outcomes: 

1. Understand and Recognise Diversity: Gain a deeper appreciation for the rich diversity within the human experience.
