Better Monitoring and Evaluation: An introduction
Do you want to understand program logics and build your monitoring and evaluation capacity? Undertaking the Better Monitoring and Evaluation: Service Improvement Project workshop will give you the understanding and the tools to develop evaluative thinking, clarify the purpose, activities, processes and outcomes of your program/s.
The two day workshop will provide you with the tools for developing program logics and how to develop key questions for monitoring and evaluation frameworks. You will develop confidence to use evaluative thinking as you develop indicators, identify data sources and data collection methods.
Workshop Registration
There are limited spaces for the two day workshop and to ensure the maximum benefit is achieved you will need to attend both workshop days. We recommend that you attend this training if you are a manager, team leader, have funding reporting and/or evaluation responsibilities within your position/organisation in the ACT community sector.
Please note this training is only offered to ACT community sector workers. We encourage Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community sector network members to attend.
Delivered by the Youth Coalition of the ACT and ACTCOSS, these workshops are being offered free of charge only to ACTCOSS members and offer the opportunity to further strengthen, invest and support your programs but most importantly client experience.
